📋 Description

• Develop and manage comprehensive demand forecasts • Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure excellent customer service • Facilitate demand review processes • Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve forecast accuracy • Contribute to new product launches and portfolio management • Support sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes • Implement improvement initiatives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization • Use advanced analytics and planning tools to support strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree preferred • APICS certification or equivalent preferred • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or related field required • Experience analyzing customer demand patterns and market trends to develop accurate forecasts • Experience with S&OP processes and demand planning systems (Demantra, IBP, Forecast Pro) • Experience with new product launches and product lifecycle management preferred • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills with demonstrated forecast accuracy improvement • Excellent project management and cross-functional team collaboration abilities • Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to guide decision-making • Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools • Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain best practices • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment • Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical industry regulations preferred • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization • Demonstrated problem-solving and improvement-oriented mindset
