📋 Description

• Design, implement, interpret, and review inventory management plans to forecast supply of study drugs for global clinical trials • Provide input into User Requirement Specifications for the IRT medication management module and complete User Acceptance Testing when required • Review IRT strategy and adjust settings to optimize supply and demand • Develop robust global and regional supply strategies to ensure continuity of subject supply • Develop client reports comparing actual project spend against budget • Connect demand planning with S&OP to aggregate and integrate current forecast information • Partner with enterprise, global, and site project management teams and customers to share client data and facilitate supply chain planning • Ensure temperature excursion processes are performed as required • Establish and maintain financial forecasts and monthly billing processes for assigned client projects • Assist with training and onboarding new employees • Ensure study management activities align with cGMPs, GCPs, and other regulatory requirements • Promote the company vision and conduct activities safely and efficiently • Communicate with cross-functional teams, resolve or escalate problems, and influence project timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required • 4 to 5 years of supply chain and/or planning experience leading global supply chain design and logistics management • Understanding of clinical supply requirements, phases of clinical development, and factors influencing study designs preferred • Strong business acumen, including understanding manufacturing processes and cost impacts • Enhanced PC knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Interpersonal and social skills to lead and work in teams across client services, technical, planning, and financial functions • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills • APICS certification or equivalent preferred • Must stay current with cGMPs, GCPs, and other regulatory requirements • Remote employees are expected to keep their camera on and participate in internal and external video calls as appropriate
