📋 Description

• Process recurring services to ensure timely patient order fulfillment • Monitor work to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations • Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements • Resolve patient concerns by identifying issues and coordinating corrective actions • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working independently and within a team • High school diploma or GED required • 2+ years of customer service or related experience • Healthcare or insurance knowledge preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
