📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the HRIS, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users • Identify HRIS improvements and enhancements with HR staff; recommend and implement solutions • Manage HRIS permissions, access, personalization, and system settings • Program custom functions and documentation, including automated queries, filters, macros, and reports • Compile or assist with complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff • Coordinate HRIS design and implementation projects with HR leadership, information services, external vendors, and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements • Design, run, and distribute HR reporting • Coordinate and lead HR and Benefits technology implementations • Manage annual document requirements • Perform other duties as required or assigned
