📋 Description

• Support Direct and Channel Sales organizations as a technical and strategic bridge between sales teams, channel partners, and prospective clients • Partner with Account Executives and external clients to deliver technical guidance, product expertise, and strategic enablement • Collaborate with Direct and Channel go-to-market teams to understand prospect needs and architect tailored B2B payment and AP automation solutions • Articulate clear value propositions to accelerate deal velocity • Drive technical discovery, solution scoping, product demonstrations, and architecture deep dives on joint sales calls • Serve as the feedback loop between field sales and Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams • Align client requirements with product roadmaps • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product portfolio, market trends, ERP/accounting integrations, and competitive offerings • Act as a trusted technical advisor and overcome technical or workflow objections to advance opportunities through the sales funnel

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consultative solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales engineering, preferably in B2B payments, fintech, or enterprise software • Exceptional consultative selling, discovery, and relationship-building skills across executive, financial, and technical stakeholders • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate complex technical architectures into compelling business value • Deep understanding of AP/AR processes, financial back-office workflows, ERP ecosystems, payment platforms, and API integrations • Self-motivated and highly collaborative • Capable of managing multiple active deal cycles in a fast-paced remote/hybrid environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Ability to travel 15–20% domestically as needed for key prospect and partner meetings
