📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Conduct fit/gap analyses, identify customization needs, and develop design specifications • Design integrations supporting revenue recognition, tax compliance, financial consolidations, and reporting • Partner with finance stakeholders to assess, refine, automate, and optimize financial processes • Identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and adjacent technologies • Oversee finance-related project lifecycles from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and post-implementation support • Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, finance teams, developers, and cross-functional partners • Advise finance leadership on system capabilities, enhancements, ERP, automation, data platforms, and AI trends • Evaluate Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities for Axon’s Finance roadmap • Collaborate with audit, finance, data, and analytics teams to ensure financial data integrity and develop reports, dashboards, and predictive insights • Provide D365 FO training and documentation to finance teams and end users • Mentor and guide the functional analysis team • Serve as the point of contact for D365 FO finance matters and provide senior leadership updates • Lead financial activities related to mergers and acquisitions • Establish best practices for responsible AI adoption in Finance systems and processes • Stay current on D365 Finance, Power Platform, Copilot, AI, Microsoft cloud capabilities, accounting rules, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) • Proven track record designing and implementing finance-related systems • Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial processes • Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets • Experience creating legal entities, establishing intercompany trade, managing financial consolidations, currency revaluation, and configuring financial dimensions and account structures • Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, and revenue recognition • Experience designing and implementing electronic reporting solutions and building reports in Financial Reporter • Proven ability to manage complex projects from requirements gathering through execution • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Scaled Agile methodologies • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and SharePoint is a plus • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills • Experience integrating D365 FO with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and legacy platforms • Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled business solutions, Microsoft Copilot, intelligent workflow automation, predictive analytics, or process optimization technologies • Understanding of Power Platform, Azure services, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot capabilities, and modern data and AI technologies • D365 certifications in Finance or other relevant modules are preferred • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment
