📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Conduct fit/gap analyses, create design specifications, minimize customization, and design integrations for revenue recognition, tax compliance, consolidations, and reporting • Partner with finance stakeholders to assess, refine, automate, and optimize General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting processes • Identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, Microsoft Copilot, predictive analytics, and process optimization • Oversee finance-related projects through requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, and post-implementation support • Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, finance teams, developers, data and analytics teams, and other cross-functional partners • Advise finance leadership on system capabilities, enhancements, ERP trends, automation, data platforms, and AI technologies • Ensure financial data and reporting accuracy, integrity, governance, security, and actionable insights • Build and enhance financial reports, dashboards, data management processes, predictive insights, and AI-assisted decision support • Train finance teams and end users; mentor the functional analysis team • Serve as the point of contact for D365 FO finance matters and provide senior leadership updates • Lead financial activities related to mergers and acquisitions • Establish responsible AI adoption best practices within Finance systems and processes • Stay current on D365 Finance, Power Platform, Copilot, AI, Microsoft cloud capabilities, accounting rules, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and a strong track record designing and implementing finance-related systems • Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial processes • Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, legal entities, intercompany trade, financial consolidations, currency revaluation, financial dimensions, and account structure configuration • Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, and revenue recognition • Experience designing and implementing electronic reporting solutions and building reports in Financial Reporter • Proven ability to manage complex projects from requirements gathering through execution • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills • Familiarity with integrating D365 FO with enterprise applications, ERP systems, and legacy platforms • Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled business solutions, Microsoft Copilot, intelligent workflow automation, predictive analytics, or process optimization technologies • Understanding of Power Platform, Azure services, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot capabilities, and modern data and AI technologies • D365 certifications in Finance or relevant modules preferred • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Scaled Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps, Jira, and SharePoint is a plus
