📋 Description

• Develop and manage new accounts for Educational services • Proactively generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships • Exceed sales goals and provide exceptional client service • Proactively call prospective clients, including schools and school districts, to generate new business • Use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients and sell and maintain Educational staffing services • Generate client leads through high-volume calls and emails • Submit appropriate candidates for Educational staffing assignments with contracted clients • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients • Meet client staffing needs and ensure facility satisfaction • Renegotiate client contracts for mutually beneficial terms • Collaborate with internal teams to find successful fulfillment solutions • Pursue continuous improvement and career advancement

🎯 Requirements

• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing, required • Proven success in a metrics driven environment • At least 1 year as a top producer in a sales position • Client centered mentality and passion for customer service • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
