📋 Description

• Represent BDPI in an assigned geographical area and take necessary action to attain sales objectives • Sell the entire product line to current and new accounts • Inform customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies • Execute comprehensive product in-service training for concerned individuals • Plan sales calls continuously and manage sales time effectively • Develop thorough knowledge of products and clinical data • Inform the Regional Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity • Achieve prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints • Analyze customer needs and create solutions • Maintain the company automobile and company property • Complete and process BDPI reports, including sales summary, expense, monthly product tracking, account targeting, and complaint reports

🎯 Requirements

• Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BDPI products • Surgical procedure knowledge adequate to illustrate product benefits • Basic anatomy • Medical and surgical terminology • Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling • Excellent listening and communication skills • Understanding of contract administration • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of outside sales experience required • Two or more years of outside sales experience or equivalency • Demonstrated human relation and communication skills • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment • Ability to verbally communicate with other associates • Ability to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
