📋 Description

• Participate in client-facing discovery sessions to gather information about staffing and scheduling practices, workflows, and technology configurations • Identify solution recommendations based on discovery findings • Document client needs and align discovery outcomes with Workforce AI product capabilities • Configure and validate the Workforce AI platform for each client • Conduct hands-on testing of environments, workflows, and configurations before go-live • Validate client data and system behavior against expected workflows and forecasting logic • Identify, document, and escalate defects or issues with Product, QA, Engineering, and Workforce AI leadership • Develop and maintain client training plans for all Workforce AI modules • Deliver and facilitate role-tailored client training sessions • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and ensure client readiness • Create, update, and maintain job aids, user guides, and other enablement resources • Translate Workforce AI functionality and workflows into practical guidance for end users • Support go-live readiness and provide post-live assistance through transition to Product Support and Client Success • Partner with the Project Manager to monitor progress, timelines, and risks • Contribute to implementation playbooks, training materials, UAT guides, and documentation • Provide client-feedback insights for product enhancements and process improvements • Build scalable frameworks, templates, and best practices for Workforce AI growth

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a healthcare staffer, scheduler, or related workforce management practitioner • Hands-on experience with technical training, scheduling technology, and supporting users through system adoption • Experience working in a newly formed role or rapidly evolving organization • Prior experience using or supporting UKG WFM Pro, including implementation or rollout experience • Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to work through complex issues in dynamic client environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort managing multiple priorities • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience
