📋 Description

• Translate business goals, risk considerations, and policy requirements into solution designs, product specifications, engineering backlogs, and delivery plans • Develop, integrate, test, deploy, and troubleshoot production applications and services • Incorporate AI and generative AI capabilities where appropriate • Build APIs, automated workflows, system integrations, dashboards, and supporting components • Strengthen privacy, security, and data protection programs • Incorporate governance into development and deployment through automated reviews, controls-as-code, policy enforcement, and ongoing monitoring • Partner with client stakeholders to prototype approaches, resolve engineering challenges, and deliver solutions aligned with program and regulatory requirements • Work with product, engineering, security, privacy, data, risk, and compliance functions • Build platform safety capabilities addressing harmful online activity • Integrate privacy and product compliance controls into applications and development processes • Implement technical safeguards and governance for generative and agentic AI • Protect sensitive information across cloud services, enterprise applications, and collaboration tools • Deploy data discovery, classification, data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, public key infrastructure (PKI), and related cryptographic solutions • Create reusable tools and implementation components that simplify deployment and ongoing operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent demonstrated experience • At least 4 years of experience converting client requirements into technical architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, or serverless services • At least 4 years of experience developing and deploying production solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js • At least 1 year of experience delivering solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, including containers, CI/CD pipelines, and version control • At least 6 months of experience designing or deploying generative AI or large language model (LLM) solutions in a client or production setting • Experience in at least one relevant domain: digital trust, online protection, trust and safety, security, product compliance, privacy, AI governance, data protection, or cryptography • Willingness to travel approximately 25–50%, depending on client and project needs • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively across technical and business teams • Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical decisions to a range of stakeholders • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and delivery quality • Ability to lead projects or workstreams and provide clear direction to colleagues • Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, client-focused approach • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines in a changing environment • Preferred: experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React or Next.js • Preferred: experience implementing technical controls for generative AI, LLM, or agentic AI applications • Preferred: familiarity with human oversight mechanisms, tool access restrictions, prompt-injection protections, logging, monitoring, or controls-as-code • Preferred: experience in regulated environments, including SOX, PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, or GDPR requirements • Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Neo4j • Preferred: relevant certifications such as CISSP or certifications from AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, SailPoint, Okta, or OneTrust • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
