📋 Description

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider revenue cycle to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation • Design and architect RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives • Oversee end-to-end implementation of RPA projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client calls, presentations, and proposals • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of RPA initiatives • Ensure RPA solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing workflows • Guide and mentor junior RPA developers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional hands-on technical experience (backend development, full-stack development, or infrastructure support) supporting enterprise users • Must be a U.S. citizen residing inside the United States • At least 2 of the 3 below: 3+ years’ experience with object-oriented programming (.NET, C#, Python, etc.) or platform infrastructure support • 3+ years’ experience with on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure experience, including knowledge of infrastructure topics such as Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, APIs, and Networking • 3+ years of experience with SaaS automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform or UiPath Robotic Process Automation • Candidate will be expected to obtain at least one UiPath Professional Certification during the first year of contract • Preferred: Experience with UiPath platform - platform infrastructure support and/or platform development • Preferred: Experience managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio setup in an enterprise environment • Preferred: Experience working in commercial healthcare IT environments and architectures
