📋 Description

• Support physician recruiting initiatives by coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and managing candidate pipelines • Coordinate operations and corporate recruiting, including posting jobs, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate progress • Maintain and update the Paylocity Applicant Tracking System • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to facilitate recruitment workflows • Prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate communications • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication • Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in a Recruiting Coordinator or Assistant role • Highly ethical behavior, good judgment, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to build rapport and interact effectively with personnel, vendors, and business partners • Accurate and timely completion of assigned responsibilities and projects • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Working knowledge of database systems, organizational chart programs, and report generation • Experience with SmartSheets or ability to learn it easily • Proficiency in ATS systems; Paylocity experience highly desired • Legal eligibility to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship • Ability to pass an in-depth background investigation, including credit check, with a clean DMV report • Knowledge of or experience with California Labor Law desired • Academic education, professional training and development, and applied work experience demonstrating ability to perform essential functions may be considered in combination
