📋 Description

• Evaluate and recommend strategic investments, growth opportunities, and market expansion initiatives • Build understanding of the healthcare landscape, customers, buyers, and competitive markets • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and AI-driven healthcare changes • Size market opportunities using TAM/SAM/SOM analysis • Develop business cases incorporating market potential, customer value, competitive differentiation, financial impact, and risk • Build financial models and projections for bookings, profitability, and investment value • Evaluate product investments and inform roadmap priorities and tradeoffs • Develop recommendations for solution packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, External Affairs, and Engineering • Prepare executive-ready recommendations and materials for leadership meetings, board communications, and customer advisory boards • Lead strategic analyses from initial question through recommendation • Explore AI and automation opportunities to improve workflows • Report to the VP of Product Strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare, or in-house strategy roles • Value-based care and behavioral health experience is a plus • Experience developing business cases with value proposition, competitive differentiation, market dynamics, quantitative bookings forecasts, and profitability projections • Business financial fluency and understanding of key business unit financial KPIs • Ability to create succinct executive-level materials for the executive team and board • Strong desire and willingness to learn • Ability to work productively with and drive alignment and consensus among internal stakeholders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience driving projects from start-to-finish with predictable cadence across diverse disciplines • Ability to influence executive-level decision makers through data-driven recommendations and strategic storytelling • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving environments • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment • Ability to travel periodically for work
