📋 Description

• Participate in the development of strategic business plans • Coordinate and communicate product strategy and determine key priorities, policies, and procedures for product lines and programs • Identify and advance growth, innovation, and member experience opportunities through market intelligence, strategic business cases, experience roadmaps, and data-driven recommendations • Guide investment, partnerships, pilots, and organizational priorities • Build cross-functional relationships with shared service partners and markets to implement business strategies • Lead strategic intelligence initiatives supporting enterprise-wide decision-making • Drive cross-functional efforts aligned with annual business and strategic plans • Deliver recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, internal performance metrics, talent analytics, and macroeconomic or geographical insights • Execute and manage strategic recommendations • Support strategic and business planning processes • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives • Analyze competitor data and landscapes, develop competitive dashboards, and provide analytical insights and recommendations to leadership • Lead and mentor data analysts • Execute complex data-related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies • Monitor business needs and issues related to product success, including regulatory or policy changes, contract changes, industry trends, and corporate goals • Operate as a central intelligence hub by gathering, analyzing, and distributing strategic intelligence • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategy, consulting, innovation, business development, product strategy, or experience design • Proven ability to evaluate growth opportunities, competing priorities, and investments • Experience developing business cases and recommendations for senior leadership • Leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through recommendation • Ability to translate consumer, customer, or member insights into strategy • ACA health insurance or consulting experience strongly preferred • Strategic problem-solving and structured decision-making • Business case development, ROI analysis, and opportunity prioritization • Market intelligence, trend analysis, and innovation portfolio assessment • Consumer/member experience strategy and data-driven insights • Executive communication and cross-functional influence • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or related field required • 6+ years experience in health care market analysis, strategic planning, compliance, corporate development, or equivalent business experience • Prior experience functioning as a lead required • Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to all levels of leadership to develop and recommend strategic plans to expand the business required • Chicago, IL residents
