📋 Description

• Lead concurrent projects across Adobe and Salesforce, from platform upgrades to full enterprise implementations • Direct technical teams of consultants and platform specialists deploying front-office solutions in complex client environments • Provide clear status reporting and conduct risk discussions with executive stakeholders • Manage project budgets, resourcing, revenue reporting and margins against target • Report financials for implementation projects and retained services engagements • Run delivery in Kantata and Jira, tracking project health and resource allocation • Select and adapt waterfall or agile delivery methods as projects change • Accommodate different time zones through occasional working-hours flexibility

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years managing technology implementations for enterprise clients, ideally in a consultancy • Experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce projects and understanding the technical detail • Track record of running several client projects concurrently • Commercial ownership of project budgets, margin, change requests and statements of work • Executive presence to lead status meetings and difficult risk conversations with senior client stakeholders • Fluency in waterfall and agile methodologies • PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is a plus • Knowledge of PSA and work-tracking platforms such as Kantata and Jira • Must be authorized to work in the United States
