📋 Description

• Assist Project Managers in quoting, execution, and closeout of Load Bank projects • Provide technical expertise to sales and operations team members • Support information management and resource coordination for project outcomes • Attend project and PMO meetings, document discussions and action items • Review RFQs, project solution designs, schedules, drawings, proposals, and reports • Provide assistance for level 1 and 2 service requests • Manage project data in the ERP system and maintain PMO project trackers • Submit profitability analysis and leadership approval requests • Generate and manage Order Prep Sheets, Pickup Notes, purchase orders, project folders, and templates • Assist with project budgets, change orders, logistics, freight deliveries, pickups, and third-party drivers • Conduct site walks and periodic site visits • Assess equipment needs and provide alternative equipment suggestions • Maintain project documents, deadlines, submittals, requirements, and deliverables • Support customer communications and provide project information to OAA, OSR, and technicians • Assist with billing documentation, PMO monitoring/reporting tools, and fleet resource planning • Provide cross-training and coverage support • Participate in safety, quality, continuous improvement, and special projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in the power distribution/generation field specifically with Load banks, power distribution and power generation equipment • Formal Electrical Training • PM Certification preferred • Technical aptitude and willingness and ability to learn the business application and fleet capabilities • Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel overnight on an average of 5% • Must pass periodic drug, alcohol, and security screening • Full-time employee eligibility for benefits begins on the first of the month following 30 days from the start date
