📋 Description

• Oversee small- to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites-of-products, or product/equipment-only projects • Ensure project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction • Provide direct or indirect leadership and management of project resources • Manage staffing and performance development • Execute project policies and strategies using technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and technical experience • Apply best practices and coordinate the project area with related functions • Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles • Use internal and limited external sources to make decisions • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues • Lead small, low-risk projects and build team consensus • Explain information, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Project Management for roles outside the USA; knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • For USA-based roles: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Willingness to complete a drug screen, as applicable • No employment visa sponsorship available
