📋 Description

• Lead high-impact strategic programmes and transformation initiatives from concept through delivery • Build and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with business priorities, timelines, resources, and outcomes • Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business value • Create structure and governance frameworks for effective decision-making and programme transparency • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles while driving solutions • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams • Monitor programme performance through metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement • Support organisational change and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working • Improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and embed best practices • Ensure quality delivery while balancing stakeholder expectations, strategic priorities, and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments • Demonstrated consulting, strategy, operations, or business transformation experience • Strong expertise in programme governance, execution planning, stakeholder engagement, and business operations • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders • Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Waterfall approaches • Experience using project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools • Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills • Strong financial and budget management capabilities • Experience leading organisational change and driving successful adoption of new initiatives • Ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complexity, and deliver results through collaboration • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience • Must hold valid right to work in United States • Successful candidates must complete pre-employment ID verification, reference requests, and qualification checks
