📋 Description

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams through complex innovation projects • Oversee multiple high-impact initiatives while driving alignment, strategic prioritization, and timely decision-making • Build strategic project frameworks and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks • Drive accountability across teams and escalate issues to leadership • Lead high-level cross-functional project meetings • Design, refine, and lead project timelines using Monday.com • Oversee end-to-end project performance using documentation, risk modeling, and mitigation strategies • Orchestrate collaboration around objectives, decision pathways, and commercialization requirements • Manage project scope, budgets, and resources • Coach and mentor project managers and commercialization team members • Support projects through the Stage-Gate process and ensure adherence to gates and deliverables • Partner with the Innovation Director on gate reviews, presentations, notes, and approval documentation • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making at each gate • Provide Stage-Gate and commercialization training to new team members • Implement post-launch evaluations and drive continuous improvement • Facilitate collaboration across product development, marketing, manufacturing, planning, inventory, fulfillment, BAT, sales, and finance • Serve as senior liaison between project teams and leadership • Secure resources and prioritize work across teams • Analyze project data to identify trends, productivity opportunities, and systemic improvements • Champion learning, cross-training, process optimization, and commercialization discipline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field • 5-8 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry • Proven ability to lead complex, cross functional projects with high ambiguity and high visibility • Expert in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and strategic prioritization • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in using project management software and collaboration tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail • Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment by building relationships, driving alignment, fostering collaboration and driving results with diverse teams • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus • People manager experience preferred • Project managed in remote environment, preferred • Must reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
