📋 Description

• Support implementation and ongoing fidelity of Pre-K and Head Start / Early Head Start programs contracted to operate in centers • Support center and field leaders with Pre-K and Head Start program operations and compliance • Develop methods for program support and assistance • Create state- and contract-specific tools and resources for grant compliance and data monitoring • Monitor the grant life cycle and collect data for grant renewals • Build and maintain relationships with state agency partners • Provide center and field leaders with grant progress updates and monitor recruiting, family engagement, home visits, spending, and other program metrics • Serve as the content expert for the assigned state portfolio and track changing program requirements • Collect and maintain state and program data to track Pre-K and Head Start program progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood or related field with ECE experience preferred • Experience with Pre-K / Head Start / Early Head Start programs assigned as part of the portfolio • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and general office software • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to foster open dialogue • Ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing work in a multi-task environment • Must reside in Pennsylvania • Ability to travel to assigned centers for Quarterly Observations, approximately 25% • Occasional overnight travel may be required depending on assignment
