• Serve corporate clients for reservations of airline tickets, hotels, car rentals and other travel services; • Issuance, rebooking and cancellation of airline tickets and other travel services; • Apply corporate clients' travel policies; • Negotiate rates and special conditions with suppliers; • Plan and organize events, trade shows and conventions; • Source and contract venues, suppliers and services (catering, transportation, accommodation, etc.); • Manage event logistics and provide on-site support; • Monitor budgets and prepare cost reports.
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related fields; • Previous experience in travel agencies, tour operators or companies specializing in corporate events; • Issuance and reissuance of domestic and international travel services/tickets; • Knowledge of reservation systems (E-gol, E-latam, GDS – Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport); • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills; • Knowledge of OBTs (Online Booking Tools): ARGOIT, RESERVE Travel and others; • Experience organizing corporate events; • Basic knowledge of budget management and financial control for travel/events.
