📋 Description

• Process all internal transfers, including demotions and promotions, status, shift, job code changes and/or department transfers in a timely manner. • Counsel with compensation directly to obtain rate decrease or increase information. • Serve as the primary contact for all Hiring Manager transfer activity. • Interview and screen candidates as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. • Some College preferred. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, focused, assertive and a self-starter. • Able to explain procedures concerning transfers in a clear and concise manner. • Knowledge of Word and Excel. • Able to resolve problems. • Confidentiality is required. • Minimum 2 years of required experience.
