📋 Description

• Actively source passive candidates using all tools available • Research new sources for candidate sourcing to keep the talent pipeline flowing • Exceed company goals for the recruiting process • Screen applicants to evaluate position requirements and cultural alignment with Paynada • Represent Paynada as the first point of contact and build long-term candidate relationships • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through the hiring process • Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to refine recruiting strategies • Maintain accurate notes and records in ATS (ADP WorkforceNow) • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine recruiting effectiveness • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle sales recruiting experience, preferably in financial services • Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quota • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage day in a remote environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Pro • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software • Basic understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services preferred • Good home internet connection
