📋 Description

• Lead engineering teams to achieve outstanding results • Provide people management, including hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers • Devise and execute clear technology roadmaps • Apply technology and architecture to solve business problems in high-volume, high-scalability environments • Identify opportunities and leverage the team to translate them into live solutions • Lead multiple products throughout their life cycles, from idea conception through product release and maintenance • Manage multiple dependencies and drive strategic alignment on complex technical problems • Direct multiple teams and engineering managers • Build high-performance teams and grow teams/organizations under direct leadership • Remain hands-on with technology, software engineering, and architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Comp Science/related field • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT management • Minimum required experience: 10 years • Strong expertise in Agentic AI and Google AI tools • Clear/concise communication across all levels/technical depths • Hands-on experience building software in object-oriented languages, cloud technologies, and modern technology stacks • Champion for modern engineering practices (agile development, CI/CD, DevOps) • Manage multiple dependencies, drive alignment on strategy, and solve complex technical problems • Leadership on multiple products throughout their life cycles (idea conception, product release, maintenance) • Understanding of architectural design patterns and Domain-Driven Design • Strong software engineering and software architecture skills • Implementation of modern Domain-Driven Design patterns (microservices, containers, disposable, reactive, stateless/distributed patterns) • Experience with open-source technologies • Strong hands-on experience with performance/scalability management of Kubernetes Containers, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, Kafka, Spring Boot, and Java/Python-based applications • Expert in problem identification/triaging of complex multi-tier systems • Strong project management, problem-solving, and change-management skills • Experience building top talent/high-performance teams, directing multiple teams and engineering managers • Experience starting/growing teams/organizations under direct leadership
