📋 Description
• Own Workday requests, training, and issue resolution via Cherwell tickets, email, and phone • Write reports and perform data analysis and data cleanup • Support projects • Advise the HRIS Director on common or recurring issues requiring process improvement • Provide customer service and training for all Workday users
🎯 Requirements
• Associate Degree • 2 years experience • Additional direct experience above the minimum job-related experience may be substituted for the degree • Experience with Workday requests, training, and issue resolution • Experience using Cherwell tickets, email, and phone for issue resolution
