• Serve as the primary IT relationship leader for North America • Directly support General Managers across 8–10 manufacturing plants • Partner with plant leadership and regional functions to understand safety, quality, delivery, cost, growth, and compliance priorities • Translate business needs into IT demand, roadmaps, priorities, business cases, and execution plans aligned to digital strategy • Drive results through Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure & Operations, Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, and AI & Automation teams • Lead and coordinate issue escalation, service performance, project delivery, adoption, and change readiness across sites and functions • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing operations through ERP, MES, data, automation, and secure infrastructure capabilities • Communicate status, risks, benefits, and trade-offs to General Managers, regional leaders, and IT leadership • Measure value realization and business outcomes from digital initiatives • Continuously improve the regional IT engagement model
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience • Manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial operations experience preferred • Strong applied AI acumen • Ability to leverage generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, and similar platforms • Advanced prompting techniques • Strong understanding of manufacturing IT, ERP, MES, quality systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data/analytics, and enterprise applications • Demonstrated ability to work directly with General Managers and senior functional leaders • Proven success operating in a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority • Experience delivering through shared tower teams • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and change adoption skills • Experience supporting multi-site plants and translating operational needs into practical, measurable IT outcomes • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field • Master's degree or MBA preferred • ITIL, PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE2, Supply Chain, Planning, and manufacturing systems certifications a plus • For roles involving controlled information or technology, documentation may be required to assess U.S. export-control licensing needs
