📋 Description

• Coordinate and complete RFP, RFI, vendor questionnaire, and proposal submissions • Review bid documents, instructions, response matrices, exhibits, and supporting materials to identify requirements, risks, owners, and follow-up actions • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Contracting, Commercial Operations, and subject matter experts to gather responses, approvals, and documentation • Develop, edit, and assemble clear, compliant, customer-focused proposal content • Manage proposal timelines, task assignments, status updates, and submission readiness using workflow tools and review processes • Maintain and improve proposal templates, standard responses, knowledge libraries, process guides, and standard operating procedures • Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and support technology-enabled efficiency solutions • Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify scope, manage expectations, escalate risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with RFP/RFIs, project management, contracting, sales support, or commercial operations processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be a self-starter and able to work proficiently with limited supervision • Ability to interpret customer requirements and manage detailed response instructions • Ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines and track multiple active projects • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and commitment to timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and workflow or content management tools • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • 2+ years of related experience in RFP/RFI support, proposal management, sales support, contract administration, commercial operations, or related business function • Analytical, project coordination, and problem-solving skills • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
