📋 Description

• Define and govern customer-centric product portfolio strategy and roadmap • Establish data-driven prioritization, investment recommendations, roadmap tradeoffs, sequencing, and resource allocation • Prepare and deliver executive recommendations, business cases, roadmap updates, performance reviews, and decision materials • Translate complex market, clinical, technical, financial, and operational information into concise executive narratives • Lead cross-functional alignment across commercial, clinical, technical, operational, quality, financial, legal, and executive stakeholders • Gather and synthesize customer, provider, competitor, reimbursement, clinical, technology, and regulatory intelligence • Oversee business cases and ROI analyses and recommend portfolio prioritization decisions • Ensure product requirements, value propositions, target segments, workflows, pricing inputs, launch criteria, success metrics, and lifecycle plans are defined • Establish product performance management routines and drive corrective action for risks and underperformance • Oversee product enhancements, releases, lifecycle improvements, commercialization readiness, launch planning, training, messaging, sales enablement, and post-launch optimization • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team • Establish consistent product management practices, tools, and decision frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management • 5 years in a leadership role within molecular diagnostics, genomics, or a related healthcare industry • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product teams from concept to commercialization • Strong background in clinical diagnostics, precision medicine, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) • Proven ability to define product vision and drive innovation • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Preferred: advanced degree such as MS, PhD, MBA, or genetic counseling degree • Preferred: experience with the prenatal/reproductive health market or oncology market
