📋 Description

• Review contracts and agreements for certificate of insurance requirements. • Issue a high volume of certificates of insurance for assigned accounts. • Issue a high volume of auto ID cards and workers' compensation posting notices for assigned accounts. • Use various database systems containing relevant renewal information to support the issuance of certificates and auto ID updates. • Provide administrative support as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Support commercial clients by fostering client satisfaction, establishing realistic expectations, seeking client input, and delivering time-sensitive service commitments professionally and punctually.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial insurance. • Knowledge and understanding of insurance legislation, rules, laws, and other regulations pertaining to the issuance of certificates of insurance and auto identification cards. • Familiarity with insurance contracts and their provisions. • Working knowledge of business office practices and procedures. • Attend training sessions and courses to maintain skills and licensing requirements. • Maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality. • Follow company policies and procedures.
