📋 Description

• Lead financial systems discovery initiatives across AHI on behalf of Finance. • Evaluate financial software, tools, and workflows supporting insurance operations. • Oversee vendor evaluation, RFPs, and system selection. • Serve as the AHI team lead for innovation and AI application. • Serve as liaison between Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams. • Ensure systems align with compliance, controls, GAAP requirements, business needs, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and enterprise standards. • Partner with Brown & Brown enterprise Finance and Technology teams. • Support system implementations and post-implementation optimization. • Assist in preparation of business cases and ROI analysis. • Collaborate with Program Management on planning, resourcing, and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in financial systems or finance transformation roles. • Insurance industry experience (carrier, brokerage, MGA) strongly preferred. • Experience leading system evaluations and implementations. • Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance. • Knowledge of AI platforms and applications. • Experience within an insurance industry carrier, brokerage, MGA, or specialty insurance environment is critical to initial success.
