📋 Description

• Partner with the CAO, CFO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors on enterprise financial strategy • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning • Develop budgets, forecasts, workforce plans, capital plans, and long-range financial strategies with functional leaders • Own Board and executive reporting, delivering insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations • Drive EBITDA expansion, cash flow optimization, and enterprise value creation • Lead the Global SG&A Finance Business Partner organization across corporate functions • Advise SG&A executive leaders, evaluate investments, challenge assumptions, and influence business decisions • Establish SG&A spending targets, monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions • Standardize finance business partnering processes, KPIs, reporting, and governance • Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and scenario models • Evaluate and prioritize technology investments, resource optimization, digital transformation, and organizational redesign • Lead financial evaluation of acquisitions, capital allocation, enterprise investments, and strategic initiatives • Lead finance transformation using automation, AI, advanced analytics, and modern planning systems • Build and develop a high-performing Global FP&A and Financial Business Partner organization • Support M&A due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience • 8+ years leading global FP&A and/or Finance Business Partner organizations • Experience within a CRO, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services organization • Proven experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, enterprise growth, and executive business partnering • Executive presence with exceptional communication and influencing skills • Strategic mindset with strong commercial and operational acumen • Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and business analytics • Ability to influence senior executives without direct authority • Experience leading finance transformation and organizational change • Experience presenting to executive leadership, Boards of Directors, and private equity sponsors • MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred • Experience in a leveraged private equity-backed company strongly preferred
