📋 Description

• Sell insurance products to prospective member/clients through telephone calls • Prospect and produce new life, health, disability, dental and other product lines offered to Affinity Group Associations • Meet individual sales and quality of business targets • Review and analyze sales reports and other data to monitor progress toward goals • Provide input to management to identify opportunities to improve sales • Utilize marketing campaigns, advertising, and other marketing methods to meet monthly and annual sales goals • Calculate and present quotes and write insurance applications • Follow up on pending or incomplete transactions • Document sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Respond to member/client inquiries and resolve problems professionally, accurately, and promptly • Refer questions to an appropriate resource when unable to resolve the problem • Maintain insurance product knowledge and selling techniques • Work with business and marketing units to encourage and promote customer retention

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry • Insurance sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred • Basic PC skills required, including spreadsheet and word processing software
