📋 Description

• Provide customer service to staff, teens, and parents using the myBBYO Salesforce CRM and front-end website • Answer FAQs about password resets, event creation and registration, scholarship applications, and login issues • Produce data reports and insights for field professionals • Maintain technical documentation, directions, and staff checklists • Coordinate logistics for Community Impact meetings and events • Complete administrative tasks related to scholarships, project-based roles, camp documentation, surveys, and regional compliance follow-up • Partner with Community Impact leaders to streamline operations, identify resource gaps, and develop and roll out solutions • Oversee Community Impact Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams channels, Outlook distribution lists, SharePoint pages, and file organization • Support volunteer advisor operations, including ordering gifts and awards, coordinating recruitment, tracking metrics, building community through chat and newsletters, creating slide decks, and managing schedules • Support annual planning design and processes, including Community Hub templates, timelines, and distribution • Conduct annual reviews and audits of Community Impact forms, waivers, and compliance requirements • Manage regional financial activities in Salesforce, including unpaid balances, 3% transaction-charge auditing, ACH refunds, and event-registration reconciliation • Support chapter financial processes involving bank accounts, cashless payments, and grant-form completion • Assist with financial documentation and process improvement for Community Impact operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of work experience • Associate degree or higher; or current graduate student • Experience with youth or teens is preferred • Past exposure to BBYO as a teen or staff member is a plus • Customer service experience supporting users of CRM and website systems • Ability to produce data reports and insights • Ability to maintain technical documentation, directions, and checklists • Ability to coordinate meetings and events • Ability to manage Microsoft ecosystem tools including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and file organization • Ability to support financial processes including unpaid balances, transaction-charge auditing, ACH refunds, reconciliations, bank accounts, cashless payments, and grant forms
