📋 Description

• Support delivery of reliable IT services through daily IT Service Management activities • Gain hands-on experience with ITIL processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Asset & Configuration Management • Monitor and support service operations • Maintain IT Service Management documentation • Contribute to process improvements • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Junior or senior-level undergraduate, Master’s-level student, or recent graduate in Computer Science, ISDS, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; 3.0+ GPA preferred • Knowledge of various Information Technology disciplines, including application development, systems support, networking, and operations • Knowledge of IT Service Management/ITIL Framework processes, including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, Knowledge Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, and Discovery • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management solutions is a plus • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook • Familiarity with collaboration, automation, or AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform is a plus • Effective oral and written communication abilities • Ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally • Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment, and team-oriented • Undergraduates must be able to work 20 hours per week during spring and fall semesters and 30–35 hours per week during summer • Basic understanding of healthcare strategic and technology trends • Successful completion of background and pre-employment drug screening required before hire • Individuals convicted of a felony involving dishonesty or breach of trust must obtain written consent from their state insurance commissioner to work in the insurance industry
