📋 Description

• Conduct legislative and other research to support policy drafting • Draft one-pagers, op-eds, blog posts, and supporting documentation for model policies • Review legislation and support the State Policy team • Work with litigation, strategic research, coalitions, and communications capabilities • Support drafting legislation and model bills • Intern remotely by default, with the option to request work at PLF offices

🎯 Requirements

• College junior, senior, graduate student, or recent graduate • Inquisitive, creative, and self-motivated • Strong written and oral communication skills • Problem-solving ability • Curiosity about law and public policy • Knowledge of and principled passion for individual liberty • Strong writing and research skills • Must be geographically located in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States through the duration of the program
