📋 Description

• Support incentive calculations, account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance research • Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards • Create reports on financial performance for internal and external use • Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations • Create and utilize automated tools for updating, analyzing, and reporting consolidated financial results • Analyze large datasets to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience is required • Equivalent work experience: 4 years of experience in related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills • Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines • Strong analytical skills • Thorough understanding and knowledge of financial and accounting theory • Sponsorship is not available for this position • Preference will be given to candidates within a 50-mile radius of Chattanooga
