📋 Description

• Provide consultation and senior leadership in support of major applications and related projects • Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems • Drive expansion and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization • Transform legacy workflows, including spreadsheet-based processes, into scalable ServiceNow solutions • Deliver streamlined request intake, intelligent routing, automation, and improved end-user experiences • Scope new integration opportunities and enhance existing solutions with peers • Ensure the stability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform • Understand integration points with existing systems and infrastructure to guide application configuration and implementations • Provide top-level support for problem resolution and troubleshooting • Direct the setup, configuration, integration, and implementation of major applications • Perform maintenance and upgrades outside business hours as needed • Participate in an on-call rotation lasting one week approximately every nine weeks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or commensurate experience in a professional environment, required • 5 years of experience in Information Technology required • 3 years of Systems Administration or Programming experience required • 1 year of knowledge of computer systems operations for Windows/AIX/Mainframe environments • Expert knowledge of application support technologies and related documentation required • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills • Excellent time and project management skills • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and problem/solution/business value descriptions to a broad audience • Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow administration, integration development, and automation • Experience creating custom workflows using Flow Designer • Experience developing and supporting web services and APIs • Experience leveraging scripting to build scalable solutions • Strong knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, and JavaScript • Experience with MoveWorks preferred as a strong candidate qualification • Exposure to AI capabilities within ServiceNow • Willingness to adjust schedule for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation • Sponsorship is not available for this role
