📋 Description

• Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients • Provide high-touch service to key client travelers • Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Support specialized customer training programs • Support group air fulfillment • Search and confirm travel reservations • Consult customers regarding client travel policies • Fulfill requests involving DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a travel agent • Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Highly organized and detail oriented • Skilled with Excel and other Microsoft applications
