📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers consistently according to client travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries • Respond to current and prospective client requests as the face of the company

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Agent experience • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Availability to work between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CT, Monday–Friday • Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement • Ability to fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other travel regulations
