📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult with customers based on their travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients • Help clients travel smart and achieve more • Report to Brian Nerandzic

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent • Relevant skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Experience supporting Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or corporate travel accounts • Knowledge of online booking tools such as Concur Travel • Experience handling VIP, executive, and complex traveler arrangements • Familiarity with airline contracts, negotiated hotel programs, and travel policy compliance • Ability to fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations
