📋 Description

• Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients • Search and confirm travel reservations • Consult customers based on client travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passport, visa, and other travel regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Travel agent experience • Relevant skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Ability to search and confirm travel reservations • Understanding of client travel policies • Knowledge of DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations • Knowledge of low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
