📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service excellence to key client travelers • Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and up-selling related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations • Understand client travel policies and guide customers accordingly • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Availability Monday through Friday during standard business hours • Expected schedule of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CT, with occasional adjustment to 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM CT based on business needs
