📋 Description

• Deliver customer service and resolve problems at client sites • Cultivate positive customer relations through professional handling of complaints and inquiries • Instruct customers on BD Parata pharmacy automation products, including operating procedures and daily maintenance • Respond to service requests within established SLA timeframes • Collaborate with regional and national service team members to resolve complex technical issues • Occasionally assist the Product Implementation Team with new automation installations • Document issues and resolution actions in Salesforce Field Service Lightning • Provide regional field support and service to pharmacies in multiple environments

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma • 3-5 years of experience in a field service role • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 2000, XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11 • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Extensive knowledge of basic computer networking • Ability to use Windows tools to identify network/PC information • Ability to set up and configure routers and switches • Ability to locate and edit configuration and XML files • Understanding of ghosting and re-imaging processes • Strong mechanical aptitude • Ability to use standard hand tools for complex subsystem disassembly and reassembly • Proficiency with digital multi-meters and voltage/amperage testers • Ability to travel regionally, including overnight stays • Availability for weekend, holiday, and occasional overtime coverage • Ability to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally • Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts on occasion • Daily car travel averaging approximately four hours per day • Comfort with occasional air travel
