📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order receipt, entry, fulfillment coordination, invoicing, and post-sales support • Serve as a primary point of contact for order-related inquiries • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and other internal teams • Resolve issues, manage exceptions, and ensure timely order execution • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify continuous-improvement opportunities • Maintain accurate customer and order records and ensure data integrity • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives • Monitor order activity, identify risks or delays, and minimize customer impact • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and service-level expectations • Perform other duties as needed to support business operations and customer requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of customer service experience • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is highly preferred • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system is preferred • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email systems is required • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment • Ability to foster and maintain customer relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve customer complaints • Effective organization, planning, and time management skills are required • Prior experience in a biotechnology or manufacturing environment is preferred
