📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end solution management for pharmacy automation and outpatient pharmacy portfolios • Prioritize customer experience from pre-sales through post-implementation • Consult with customers on implementation and optimization of retail, ambulatory, and long-term care pharmacy automation solutions • Perform complex customer current-state assessments and create compelling future-state cases aligned with strategic objectives • Analyze medication management and supply chain workflows • Identify inefficiencies, patient/provider safety concerns, revenue augmentation, cost reduction, regulatory non-compliance, and drug diversion opportunities • Redesign workflows and recommend practice changes and BD solutions • Provide clinical consulting support and develop customer-specific strategic BD solution roadmaps • Remain engaged as the strategic point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Research and Development, Interface, Implementation and Support, Customer Advocacy, and Training teams • Provide clinical input for new product development and software enhancements • Support implementation and ensure customers optimize solutions to achieve strategic goals • Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently in remote office situations • Mentor internal staff on best demonstrated practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy related operations required • Must be based in CO, NM, AZ, CA, NV, OR, WA, MN, ID, WY, or UT • Up to 75% travel required, including nights and some weekends • Lives within 1 hour to a major airport • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD’s auto safety standards • Long-term care experience preferred • Advanced degree or certifications in pharmacy automation are a plus • Lean six sigma certification preferred • Experience with healthcare industry, medication management, pharmacy and materials management workflows, and BD’s pharmacy automation dispensing solution • Background in retail/outpatient pharmacy operations/workflow design • Dynamic presentation skills and excellent business writing skills
