📋 Description

• Lead one or more workstreams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements • Serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform authority • Partner with customers and internal collaborators to define and achieve the solution vision • Deliver key customer engagement and implementation deliverables • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community knowledge base • Guide customers and colleagues in deploying technologies that increase business value • Facilitate communication and explain sophisticated concepts across client organizations • Proactively lead risk areas through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project or program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Drive program vision and advise on strategies enabling Salesforce platform technologies • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product teams, cloud-specific practice teams, and professional services communities • Analyze requirements and information, craft comprehensive solutions, and obtain customer acceptance • Follow Salesforce Professional Services Methodology and contribute to thought leadership and standard methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the full life cycle • Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform • Authority-level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end states, and delivering comprehensive solutions • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs • Experience detailing business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, and sequence diagrams • Strong presentation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to rapidly learn and use new concepts, business models, and technologies • Experience with large-scale or enterprise implementations with multiple workstreams • Ability to connect with people in diverse roles • Ability to solve problems resourcefully and entrepreneurially • Possible travel of about 25% • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S.-born or naturalized) • Must agree to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position • Ability to acquire Public Trust Security Clearance or higher • Preferred: experience applying agile approaches to deliver high-value business outcomes • Preferred: customer and/or partner success stories • Preferred: Experience Cloud experience • Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience strongly recommended • Preferred: Public Sector industry experience • Preferred: Salesforce GovCloud or GovCloud Plus experience • Preferred: hands-on experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector Solutions
