📋 Description

• Represent BD Peripheral Intervention in an assigned geographical territory • Attain sales objectives and sell the entire product line to current and new accounts • Inform customers about pricing, backorders, and company policies • Execute comprehensive product in-service training for relevant individuals • Plan continuous sales calls and manage sales time effectively • Develop thorough knowledge of products and clinical data • Inform the Regional Manager about market changes and competitive activity • Resolve customer complaints with prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions • Analyze customer needs and create solutions • Maintain the company automobile and company property • Complete and process sales summary, expense, monthly product tracking, account targeting, and complaint reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related area preferred • Two to three years of outside sales experience or equivalency • Demonstrated human relation and communication skills • Product knowledge, including features and benefits of BD Peripheral Intervention products • Surgical procedure knowledge sufficient to illustrate product benefits • Basic anatomy knowledge • Medical and surgical terminology • Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling • Excellent listening and communication skills • Understanding of contract administration • Valid state-issued driver's license and compliance with BD auto safety standards • Ability to travel in the field as required
