📋 Description
• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely from home • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Work with commercial health plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare patients • Review applications and complete a brief post-application questionnaire as part of the hiring process • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets
🎯 Requirements
• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Must be currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Must hold an applicable independent clinical credential, such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, or LISW • Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses when required
🏖️ Benefits
• W2, Full-time • $69k-$76k base salary • Total earning opportunity with bonuses totaling $100k annual for top earners • Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends • Shift options of 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT • Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, and vision benefits • Liability insurance covered • Annual stipend for growth and education opportunities • Additional compensation for bilingual candidates (Spanish) • Brave Health covers all application and annual renewal fees for additional state licenses
