📋 Description
• Provide full-time outpatient clinical services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver compassionate mental health treatment remotely from home • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Work with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare patients • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets
🎯 Requirements
• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Employment authorization cannot be tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one applicable state • LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, LISW, or other applicable credential • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
