📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment remotely from a home workspace • See patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent clinical licensure (including LCSW or equivalent clinical credential) • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses when required • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
